What Our Clients Say About Their Safari Experience

Überlingen, Germany76 contributions

We did a very spontaneous two-day safari - asked Thomas, very quickly got a call for the coordination of our wishes and directly an offer. Thomas made it possible for us to start the next day. Pick up from the hotel to the airport - personally picked up with a guide and the adventure started. The two of them showed us so much on the first day and let us experience it - the overnight stay was in a top lounge with great food. We gladly accepted the proposal to start at 5:30 to be able to see as much as possible. It was worth it - it was really everything we wanted and much more. A beautiful experience, top organized, very nice & personable. Salma in the office speaks German and we did another island tour as well as a snorkeling & private dolphin tour. Can we recommend you absolutely best from the heart - everything TOP organized. Anytime immediately very happy again

Roma, Italy 6 contributions

This agency has shown great organizational ability by providing us with an impeccable service thanks to the excellent professionalism, helpfulness and courtesy of Thomas Manase manager and our guide Joshua Kaaya (excellent Italian) who accompanied us throughout the Safari taking care of every detail from accommodation in a jeep, to the needs of water or small stops for moments of rest or refreshment while managing, with the careful study of movements, to make us see specimens of ALL the animals present in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater in the course of their wild life. The overnight accommodations were also of high quality in all respects. Unforgettable experience and to recommend to anyone.

What Destinations Do We Cover During the Safari?

You’ll explore Tanzania’s most premium destinations — including

Serengeti (Great Migration), Ngorongoro Crater (World Wonder), and Tarangire (Elephant paradise).

What Is the Price and What Influences the Safari Cost?

Safari costs depend on duration, accommodation type, private or group tours, domestic flights, and extra activities. More days, luxury lodges, and private experiences increase the price, while shorter or shared safaris are more budget-friendly.

How Many Days Can You Explore With Us?

We offer flexible safaris from 2,3,4,5 to 10 days, and we can also customize the itinerary to fit your plans. Just tell us how many days you prefer — and if you wish, we can include a Zanzibar beach holiday and extra activities for a complete experience.

Can I See the Big Five on This Safari?

If you’re lucky, even a 2-day safari from Zanzibar — visiting Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater, rich in wildlife — can give you a chance to see all the Big Five. A longer safari, however, greatly increases your chances and almost guarantees sightings of all five.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Booking for Tanzania Safari from Zanzibar

How do I get from Zanzibar to the safari parks?

To make your journey hassle-free, we arrange domestic flights from Zanzibar to mainland Tanzania, landing in either Arusha (for Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara) or Serengeti (for direct fly-in safaris). These flights are short, usually taking 1–2 hours, allowing you to maximize your time in the parks. Upon arrival, our team will pick you up and transfer you to your safari vehicle, where your adventure begins.

We use comfortable 4x4 safari Land Cruisers with pop-up roofs, perfect for game viewing. Whether you choose a 2-day express safari or a 6-day extended adventure, our seamless transfers ensure a smooth transition from the beaches of Zanzibar to the wild landscapes of Tanzania.

What type of safari options do you offer?

We specialize in short safaris ranging from 2 to 6 days, catering to all types of travelers. Our options include budget group safaris, perfect for those looking for an affordable shared experience, and private luxury safaris, where you can enjoy exclusivity, personalized service, and high-end lodges. Each safari is carefully designed to give you the best experience within your timeframe.

Whether you want to witness the Great Migration in the Serengeti, explore the Ngorongoro Crater’s wildlife-rich landscapes, or visit Tarangire’s famous elephant herds, we have itineraries tailored to your needs. From affordable camping safaris to luxury lodge stays, we provide options that suit different budgets and travel styles.

What is included in the safari package?

Our safari packages are all-inclusive, covering all the essentials to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. You’ll get return domestic flights from Zanzibar, private 4x4 safari vehicles, experienced English-speaking guides, full-board accommodation, all park fees, and unlimited game drives to maximize your wildlife encounters. Additionally, we provide bottled water throughout the safari to keep you refreshed.

We believe in transparency—there are no hidden costs. Our packages also include airport transfers, government taxes, and conservation fees, so you don’t have to worry about extra expenses. Whether you're on a budget safari or a luxury tour, you’ll receive the best service to make your adventure unforgettable.

What wildlife can I expect to see on safari?

Tanzania is home to some of the most diverse wildlife on the planet, and our safaris give you a front-row seat to nature’s greatest show. The Serengeti National Park is famous for its Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—along with thousands of wildebeest and zebras during the Great Migration. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best places to see black rhinos, while Tarangire National Park is known for its huge elephant herds and ancient baobab trees.

Aside from these iconic animals, you’ll also hav

e the chance to spot cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, and over 500 species of birds. Whether you're an adventure seeker or a wildlife photographer, Tanzania offers an unparalleled safari experience where every game drive brings a new surprise.

What type of accommodation is available?

We offer a range of accommodation options to match your travel style and budget. Budget travelers can enjoy tented camps and comfortable lodges, providing an authentic bush experience with essential amenities. Midrange travelers can stay in beautiful lodges with modern comforts and incredible views of the savannah, while luxury travelers can enjoy top-tier lodges and tented camps featuring private pools, fine dining, and exclusive safari experiences.

All accommodations are carefully selected for their proximity to wildlife, high-quality service, and safety standards. Whether you want to sleep under the stars in a tented camp or wake up to breathtaking sunrise views from a luxury lodge, we ensure that your stay enhances your safari experience.

When is the best time to go on a safari from Zanzibar?

Tanzania offers year-round safari opportunities, but the best time depends on what you want to see. The dry season (June to October) is ideal for spotting wildlife because animals gather around water sources, making them easier to find. This is also the best time for predator action, as lions, cheetahs, and leopards hunt more frequently.

If you're interested in witnessing the Great Migration, the best time varies by location. From December to July, the migration moves through the Serengeti, with thrilling river crossings happening around July to September. If you prefer fewer crowds and lush landscapes, the green season (November to May) offers great wildlife viewing at lower prices.
